Manufacturing

We do not sell a process we cannot control.

From the hinge body to the ceiling panel, production is in our own facility. Every step has a measured value and every batch a recorded result.

DOOR HARDWARE FLOW

  1. 01

    Raw material intake

Batches of brass bar, zinc alloy and aluminium profile arrive with their certificates; they do not enter production without alloy analysis and hardness measurement.

    MATERIAL CERTIFICATE · HARDNESS HRB
  2. 02

    CNC turning & machining

The hinge body, handle rosette and pin bore are machined in a single operation. Tool wear is monitored by sampling within the shift.

    TOLERANCE ± 0.05 mm
  3. 03

    Heat treatment

Hardened hinge pins and spring steels go through heat treatment; the hardness value is measured per batch.

    PIN HARDNESS ≥ 58 HRC
  4. 04

    Plating

Nickel, brass and black plating lines. Thickness is measured by XRF; colour is checked against the swatch in a light booth.

    PLATING 8–12 µm
  5. 05

    Assembly

Bearing, spring and rosette sets are arranged according to the assembly plan; card encoding for hotel systems is done on the line.

    ASSEMBLY TORQUE RECORDED

    Function test & packaging

Every product is operated through its moving parts; the screw set in the box and the accessories are confirmed by barcode.
