Manufacturing
We do not sell a process we cannot control.
From the cylinder body to the ceiling panel, production is in our own facility. Every step has a measured value and every batch a recorded result.

Locks & Hardware
Cylinders, padlocks, hinges, handles and hotel systems.
- 12CNC lathe (bar-fed)Ø4–32 mm bar, body in a single operation

LOCKS & HARDWARE FLOW
- 01
Raw material intake
Batches of brass bar, zinc alloy and aluminium profile arrive with their certificates; they do not enter production without alloy analysis and hardness measurement.
MATERIAL CERTIFICATE · HARDNESS HRB - 02
CNC turning & machining
The cylinder body, pin chambers and cam slot are machined in a single operation. Tool wear is monitored by sampling within the shift.
TOLERANCE ± 0.05 mm - 03
Heat treatment
Hardened anti-drill pins and spring steels go through heat treatment; the hardness value is measured per batch.
PIN HARDNESS ≥ 58 HRC - 04
Plating
Nickel, brass and black plating lines. Thickness is measured by XRF; colour is checked against the swatch in a light booth.
PLATING 8–12 µm - 05
Assembly
Pin and spring sets are arranged according to the combination plan; the master key hierarchy is applied on the assembly line.
5 PINS · 15,000 COMBINATIONS - 06
Function test & packaging
Every product is operated with its key; the number of keys in the box and the accessories are confirmed by barcode.
